Ingredients:

 

• Take a selection of love songs both old and new (after all Valentine's Day is only the week after)

• Add some quirkier numbers where the course of true love does not run quite so smoothly...

• Top with a war theme which gives us a great excuse to sing songs from 'Miss Saigon' (and others)

• Serve with scintillating solos, harmonious groups and rousing chorus numbers.
